My idea of a service center is based on examples that I have noticed throughout my career: 

• Customer Based- The needs of the customers come first.  Most dealerships have parts, service, and sales departments that should all communicate for the wants and needs of the customer.  I have seen too many disconnected departments but here at Side Street Cycles, a customer will only have to speak with one employee who will handle everything the customer prefers.
  
• Professional Recommendations- At Side Street Cycles I believe a customer’s motorcycle is meant to be ridden.  Recommendations will be given based on my knowledge of what works well with the riding style that the customer prefers.
  
• Professional Work- Here I believe your bike should perform, look, and feel better than before you brought it to Side Street Cycles. From basic maintenance to upgrading your machine, the customers should feel confident knowing that everything was done at the highest level of expectations.
  
• Safety- I am a firm believer in safety.  Side Street Cycles will perform all safety checks no matter the type of work being done to the customer’s machine.
